There comes a time when what we’re carrying can no longer come with us. When the stories we’ve told ourselves - about who we are, what we’re responsible for, what love is, and what life expects of us - begin to unravel. This is not a time for quick fixes, affirmations, or self-improvement. This is soul work.
The Death Lodge is a threshold ritual, a rite of passage for those ready to honor what is ending - and make space for what is waiting to emerge. It is a space to grieve, remember, reckon, forgive, and release. Rooted in ancient ways, this four-night retreat is a container for soul-level transformation.
You will be guided with care - through ritual, storytelling, elemental practices, silence, song, and deep witnessing - to say goodbye to what has shaped you but no longer defines you. To grieve who you’ve been. To thank what has served you. To meet your own heart in the sacred pause between identities.
A Sacred Container by the Sea
We will gather in an ocean-view villa held by Grandmother Atlantic. This land - stone, salt, wind, and tide will bear witness alongside us as we enter the deep work of letting go and remembering. Each participant will have the opportunity to step into the center of the ceremonial space when called, engaging in a personalized Death Lodge ritual, held by the guides and witnessed by the circle.
In between these moments of deep soul-tending, there will be space. For rest. For solitude and integration. For time in nature. For reflection by the sea. And for joy - laughter around the dinner table, shared stories, and lighthearted evenings.
What’s Included?
Four nights of retreat in a private villa by the ocean
Nutritious meals (dinner Tuesday through breakfast Saturday)
Daily elemental and nature-based practices
Guided Death Lodge rituals for each participant
Integration and next-step support
Time for rest and reconnection with self, others, and spirit
Why Midweek?
This retreat will run Tuesday evening through Saturday morning to provide intentional spaciousness. By completing Death Lodge on Friday and leaving Saturday, participants are gifted a full weekend to continue integrating, resting, and tending to what’s been stirred before returning to the world.
This is not an escape. It is a commitment to the deepest parts of yourself - to what is asking to die, and to what is waiting to live. If you feel a stirring, a sense of resonance, or a quiet knowing, you may already be walking toward the Lodge.
